  • advised IFC and EBRD in a number of secured loan facilities provided to Ukrainian companies in various sectors for a total value exceeding USD 1, 51 billion, including recent advice to EBRD, IFC and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in connection with USD 190 million secured financing to Concern Galnaftogaz, a major Ukrainian petroleum distributor;
  • advised Sberbank, Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, on a USD 700 million syndicated financing to Metinvest, the largest metals manufacturing holding in Ukraine;
  • advised Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. London Branch, ING Bank N.V. and SACE in connection with restructuring of Interpipe's debt portfolio of USD 887 million;
  • advised Barclays Capital, Citigroup and SACE on USD 344 million syndicated loan facility for financing of the Dnipropetrovsk steel mill project sponsored by Interpipe;
  • advised Russia Partners, a private equity investment fund having over USD 1 billion of assets under management, on acquisition of Into-Sana Group, a leading private healthcare and insurance service provider in Southern Ukraine;
  • advised EBRD in connection with sale of its minority stake in Ukraine International Airlines to Austrian Airlines and $ 82 million acquisition of 15% of shares of UkrSibbank;
  • advised Société Généralе and ING Bank N.V. on three syndicated loans to the subsidiary of Industrial Union of Donbass totalling EUR 106 million;
  • advised ING Bank N.V. in connection with USD 20 million pre-export finance facility to Grain Trading Company, part of the Cyprus-based Allseeds Group and USD 50 million sunflower pre-export finance facility to Myronivskiy Hliboproduct Group, one of the largest agro-industrial companies in Ukraine;
  • advised Swedbank on USD 30 million loan facility to TAS-Kommerzbank;
