BPU and Asters advise ViDi Group companies on the first ever financial restructuring involving a state bank in Ukraine


BPU and Asters acted as counsels on the restructuring of ViDi Group companies' (LLC "ViDi Autocity Kiltseva" and LLC "ViDi Autocity") debt to JSC Oschadbank, implemented in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Restructuring”.

BPU acted as a project manager and financial consultant, while Asters provided legal advice to ViDi Group companies.

JSC Oschadbank is a state bank that is the second largest in Ukraine by assets and the biggest by the number of branches among all the Ukrainian banks. The total loan and investment portfolio of the Bank as of 1 August 2017 is UAH 147.6 bn.
